Architect Design Group: Architect magazine (as well as Architectural Lighting, Eco-Structure, EcoHome, and ProAV)
I managed all day-to-day aspects of the award-winning titles in Hanley Wood’s Design Group, and oversaw everything we did. Under my leadership, we increased our content production and online traffic, multiplying many times over our number of unique visitors, recurring visitors, and page views. Our social media presence was equal in size, frequency, relevance, and reach to that of much larger, worldwide media brands, and we won dozens of awards and received a lot of recognition for it.
Content Planning: story ideas, lineups, schedules, budgeting, management of checkbooks and invoices
Production: planning, scheduling, writing, editing, fact checking, proofreading, printer approvals, font styling, CMS design and management, coding
